In the rapidly evolving educational landscape of Sub-Saharan Africa, the integration of Artificial Intelligence (AI) presents a transformative opportunity for enhancing leadership training and professional development. This paper explores innovative strategies for incorporating AI into educational leadership training, highlighting the need for robust capacity-building frameworks that prepare future leaders to navigate the complexities of modern education.
