Abstract
Conflict is a universal and inevitable phenomenon, cutting across individual, societal, and institutional domains. However, its management and resolution remain some of the most critical and complex challenges facing humanity. In today‘s rapidly evolving world, the need for structured education and capacity building in conflict resolution and management has become more imperative than ever.
